The Seasonal Pause

Guided Equinox and Solstice virtual gatherings to pause and reflect while we realign with the seasons and reconnect with the Self.

The Seasonal Pause: A moment to land, together, and honor the shifting of the seasons and the cycles of our lives.

These gatherings are timed to align with the energies of the 4 solstices and equinoxes, and therefore, will each look a little different depending on the season and what is coming alive in the energy at that time. Each gathering is held virtually and will be recorded. The replay will be available in the community app if you can’t make it live.

What to expect:

Each gathering will look a little different depending on the season and the energy of the group that gathers. As I tune into the energy of the space, the imprint of each individual registered will support the creation of that particular event.

Practices I will pull from to co-create these events include guided centering practices, meditation, energy healing, somatics, oracle card reading, and reflective or manifestation-based journaling. When time permits and the energy calls for it, I may also invite each participant to share in circle, know that this is always an invitation and never mandatory. When we gather and share in community, our intentions are amplified.

Gatherings are approximately 1.5-2 hours long and held over zoom.

Live Connection Calls with Denise

Join us in community to ask questions and participate in discussion. Bring along any questions on your mind or that you may have about energy healing, space clearing, intuition, past life regression, healing, complex chronic diseases or any other area of Denise's work or lived experience.

These sessions act as a point of connection, curiosity and open dialogue.

Each month Denise invites new guest speakers to join live in the community where they co-create an educational and engaging dialogue to support you. Denise seeks out professionals in various realms to join her, including but not limited to topics like Human Design, Complex Chronic Diseases, Health and Wellness, Astrology, Embodiment, Family Constellations, Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, Somatics, Nervous System Education, Parenting, Neurodivergence, and more.
